Monitoring the supervisor engine on CAT 5xxx

We have a problem with our Gigabit Ethernet ports on the supervisor engines of our older CAT 5xxx switches.

How would I go about discovering all the supervisor engines in my network that have the "up" GigE ports on them?

I have the list of devices. Can I determine the above via SNMP?

You can enable any one of the following SNMP features in your CAT 5XXX switch supervisor engine and you can monitor it.

SNMP agent

SNMPv2c agent

MIB-II support

RMON agent

SNMP traps
