Are there any applications out there that I can use for recording VoIP conversations when running CCM ?

These are two of the third party vendors that have highly rated recording systems for CCM. I'm sure others here can weigh in with some other options :)

I did a Telrex install recently and it seemed to work quite well.

Pretty simple install and user interface.
