WCS Unique report shows 0.0.0.0 on all users

Why won't WCS show an actual IP that the client is given by the 4402 in the firewall DMZ instead of the 0.0.0.0

Hi Michael,

Did you ever get a resolution to the above?  I have a similar issue with all guest users showing as IP address 0.0.0.0 in WCS from 4402 anchor point controller in DMZ.  This controller has a mobility connection to a WiSM module, where all guest IP's also show up as 0.0.0.0.
