Hi Experts,
Trying to understand 3750 Switching concept.. How does the stack master being elected?
I read in the internet, that it selected by the lowest MAC-Address but when I boot up,it choosen the highest one..
And can it be manually done?

This is how to do it manually:
Use the switch priority global configuration command on the stack master to change the stack member priority value:
switch stack-member-number priority new-priority-value
Usage Guidelines
The new priority value is a factor during a stack-master re-election. Therefore, changing the priority value does not change the stack master immediately.
This example shows how to change the priority value of stack member 6 to 9:
Switch(config)# switch 6 priority 9

To the first part of your question - the first switch in the stack booted, is the master ( if I remember correctly ).
