Cisco Router 3660 does not issue enough IP address from the DHCP Pool any longer. The is configured to automatically assign IP address to hosts when connected to the network, with /24 subnet but after assigning less than, 100 IP addresses, further hosts connected are no longer able to obtain IP address from the Router. I often issue the command, "Clear IP DHCP binding *" and this clears it remporarily, but before long, it stops assigning IP address again. Please how do i handle this situation.

Either your dhcp range becomes exhausted or you need to upgrade the IOS on the router.
Issue the command: sh ip dhcp pool
Pool demo :
Utilization mark (high/low) : 100 / 0
Subnet size (first/next) : 0 / 0
Total addresses : 254
Leased addresses : 7
Pending event : none
1 subnet is currently in the pool :
Current index IP address range Leased addresses
10.12.49.47 10.12.49.1 - 10.12.49.254 7

Thank you very much for your prompt response. However, that command is not supported on my router. The version of IOS is c3660-i-mz-.122-5d.bin, i have attempted to upgrade it, though not for this reason, before but it was not successful.
What else can be done please as this take my man-hour and makes the job less efficient?
Thanks again.

since you are /24, use static addressing and have peace on mind.
or upgrade to /16.

In what way was the upgrade not successful?

Can you please post the config, or at least the parts that deal with dhcp assignment?
