I can ping the call manager but not connect with:
I believe it sits on a Cisco MCS 7800 Series Media Convergence Server.
Do I reboot the server?

Hi Mort,
Just a thought here, but have you tried;
If that doesn't work I would probably try a reboot (after hours of course :)

Two things.
1) Make sure IIS server service has been started.
2) Use IE 6.0 browser with SP2 for IE installed

Browser IE 6 has worked in the past.
Could not connect to box with RDP.
