Problem connectiong to V3K cluster behind a firewall

Hi

Cannot establish VPN tunnels to a VPN cluster behind a Stongate-1000 firewall, however connection to any of the VPN concentrator devices works fine. What could be the cause of this problem?

Is the stongate-1000 stateful firewall.

Are you using DNS name to connect or is it through IP address?

If you try to use the IP address of the cluster does it work without any issues.

Hi

I am using th IP address to connect.

If I try the real IP address of one of the concentrators, the vpn tunnel can be established, but if I connect through IP address of the VPN cluster the vpn fails to establish. Althgough when I remove the Stongate firewall between the client and the cluster, everything works fine.
