Does the new version of LMS support SNMPV3 Priv. Any idea. We are planning to order new LMS 3.0 but little uncertainty of that support for that snmpv3 Priv .

LMS 3.0.1 will support SNMPv3 authPriv with DES, 3DES, and AES encryption. LMS 3.0.1 is scheduled to ship next month.

I don't think so. At least there is no configuration option for that and I could make tests only with authNoPriv.
