Hello!

if you have Cisco Inrastrucure at ur campus.and Some viruse infected all ur PCs as a result from file in USB Memory.is there any Solution/config on the Switchs to deny this Viruses from Spread in the Campus PCs/Servers

Hi Ali,

It is tough to block it at layer 2.

I will recommend to first find what kind of virus is this and if possible try to find out its port numbers and then apply ACLs on layer 3 interfaces and firewalls if possible. Try to block it crossing the subnet on which your PCs exist on which you used your USB and then start applying patches on infected machines.

more than 1 hundred are infected by this trojen and in Separete Subnets
