Java CIL: Set/Get ECC? Not working...(why?)

Unanswered Question

I'm writing a custom CTIOS client that is supposed to send a big chunk of data across our ECC. The ECC array has been defined (as ContactCTI with arraysize 3 max len 200, which means total = 600) and when I set/get the value, nothing happens.

It's as though I'm setting a black hole.

Here's how I set the value (note, this code is taken from multiple objects, so I am assuming that scope does not play a part in the issue):

for( int i = 0; i < contactCTI.length; i++)

eccArgs.SetValue("user.ContactCTI["+i+"]", contactCTI[i]);

// Embed the ECC arguments in the regular Arguments

dataArgs.SetValue(CTIOS_ECC, eccArgs);

m_ctiAgent.MakeCall( args );

Well, there it is, not much to it, but no data is sent or received.

Any clue on this? Anyone know of a comprehensive checklist of configuration issues (our ICM engineer is still just learning, as am I).

I have this problem too.

This was an error in the Swing UI - no data reached the values set in the ECC. Once that was corrected, it worked flawlessly.
