VPN Client 5.0 on Vista - ERROR 418

A couple users are reporting that when attempting to connect to our corporate VPN using client v5.0 on Vista, they are getting error 418.

Anyone have ANY information about this? I can't find any online.

Error message means Unable to configure the firewall software. Possible workarounds are disable the firewall check on for

that group on the VPN appliance or clear a custom DLL check looking for the Microsoft Firewall DLLS or use an alternative Firewall that is supported on Vista and by the VPN appliance. Relevant bug Id is CSCsi26229
