Need ASA 5505 Diagnostic tools

I have a strange problem and need to know the best way to diagnose its cause.

I have a remote site where I originally had a PIX 506e installed. It worked well with one exception, occasionally it outside interface would stop responding. A reboot would fix the issue. It happened once in awhile. I recently needed to install an upgrade to ASAA5505 due to a WAAS installation. All works well expect that between 7 and 9 am and 4 to 6 pm its outside interface stops responding. It is not the unit since this was happening with the PIX. The remote office is getting busier so some external issue is causing this problem. I need to know the best way to watch the ASA to find the possible cause. Would someone please post this info, with links?
