I have a customer that wants to have professional recordings for the greetings on their auto attendant. I cannot find the audio requirements required to import them successfully.
Anybody know what ucx2.x import greetings audio requirements are.
I haven't been able to figure out how to import a System Call Handlder > Greeting. The Media Master Bar doesn't seem to have a Import from File option. Is this a difference between Unity Connection 2.0 and Unity Unified Messaging 4.x/5.x?
