call disconnecting

hi,

problem is call disconnecting, i add the log of that time. can you pls give the replay to me, this is repeating the same manner.

check if "Cisco IP Voice Media Streaming App" service, under service activation , have been activated on all Callmanager servers.

Path: CM admin page> application> cisco callmanager serviceability> tools> service activation. also try resetting the MTP
