We are trying to have the call forward feature working using 7940 SIP phones and call manager 5.1.
The problem is that if we try to call a phone that was set to forward all its incoming calls to another number, via the "CFwdALL" button, we get a "reorder" error message on the calling phone.
But if we set the phone to forward all its incoming calls using the "Directory Number Configuration" on CCM5 , everything works fine.
Any idea on why we have that behaviour ?
