We have a Banking TTS situation that has been newly implemented.
The TTS is Nuance and is communicating with Cisco IVR.
We are experiencing jitter whenever the users get a history of their account that utilizes the TTS.
Both servers are on the same 6509 switch on Gigabit ports 1000/full.
There does dot look like there is any thing that could physically be causing this problem.
This is only about 4Mbps on the ports average.
The servers are not taxed at all. CPU will periodically spike up to 35%.
Does anyone have any ideas where to look?
