Upgrade from CCM 3.3 to 5.0.4

Experienced intermittent one way audio. Also, inability to pick calls back up once they were put on hold. Inability to transfer calls, would get msg "key is not active here", and calls would intermittently disconnect when we tried to answer. These problems were present, but fairly limited until we had an unexpected power outage. When the system came back up, all hell broke loose. It got so bad, we had to go back to the 3.3. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

For one way audio issue:

When the users are on the call, ask user to hit ? twice on their phone. It will list the packet loss and jitters if any. Check if the

RxCnt and TxCnt keep increasing. Also check if they are entries for RxDisc and RxLost.

capture the packet using Ethereal with the IP address of the 2 phones involved.

You can look out for any patches available for ccm5.0.4 to fix the other issues

I think upgrading to 5.0.4 is not good idea, better go to 5.1.3 or 6.0.
