Hi all,
We are using cisco ccm 3.3(1) veresion with service pack sr4a.Since 15 days we are facing an issue with 7940&7960 ip phone the issue like while pressing the "Directories" and "Services" button is is asking for authirization(user name & Password).we couldn't able to fix it because we dont have that nuch knowledge in IP Telephony even we tried to get the solutions from experts but they also coudn't able to fix it up.
So,Iam requesting you to please give me some suggestions to fix this issue ASAP.

Check that the same username and password are being used that are used to access CCMUSER. Also check that CCMUSER can be accessed. If not, reset the user account from the CCMADMIN account.
