Hello,

when i press service button on ip phone, an authentication screen is displayed

I do not understand wich username/password i introduce

Any idea about this pb??

Hi,

I would like to know it is only while pressing Services button or Directories also?

Another thing it is happening for only one phone or for all the ip phones?

What is the directory URL on your phones? Has it changed from the default one?
