Problem with WPA and intel 3945ABG NIC

Hi all,

I have very big problem with wireless WPA (TKIP) + Radius and NIC 3945ABG INTEL.

Connectivity is flapping.

No problem if I configure the AP with WEP.

Laptops are DELL and driver is the last for these PCs.

Can anybody help me^?

Hi Johnny,

Is the NIC set for Power Saving Mode? If so, try setting it to Constantly Awake. I've seen this issue before and that's what we ended up doing. Let us know.

Is it the latest driver that Dell has issued or the latest driver from windows update or intel. You should use the latest driver from Dell and if that is an issue, then use one version older.

If this is a controller based solution you can increase the user timeout setting from 5 minutes to a longer setting.
