Can Multi-Channel T1/PRI (4port) card on 7206 be hotswappable?

Hi All,

We have 7206 which has bad Multi-channel T1/PRI card with 4ports. Can this be hotswappable with new part or need to power down 7206..? Please advise.

Yes, all PAs in 7200 router support OIR (hotswap).

Hi,

Also most of the Cards even if the cards even if they are not hot swappable (or OIR) they can be taken out or inserted without any harm to the Router and Card.

However one should avoid any such doing.
