If I have a user name A associated with DN 1000 in Call Manager, and also has Unity Voice Mail Box. In Unity, after creating the user name we associate the alias with the DN.
If the user A leaves the company with unheard messages in his/her mailbox, and user B replaces user A. Is there any way to change the username in Unity and associate with the same DN instead of deleting user A and creating a new User B.
Unity Administrator complaining that Unity would not allow to change the username and the idea behind changing it to save messages for the new user B.
