Dell 5324 layer-2 and Cisco 4948 layer-3

We are changing from the DELL 6224 layer-3 to a Cisco 4948 layer-3. Are their any compatibility issues with the two devices, we will be using vlans, tagged and untagged.

I'm sure the command syntax is different but you should be able to do anything that you need to do with the 4948 . If you need to look anything up just go to the main cisco.com webpage and do a search on the topic , most of the information and config data is free . They have a very extensive webpage and is the best source for answers.
