What Qos setting are you using for that wlan you are testing in?
What policing, shaping, etc are you doing upstream from the controller to the internet connection?
Are you using an ip located on the internet beyond your gateway and/or isp?
have you tried testing against an ip on your local network?
Are there policies on the wan link to the particular site?
