Reason 421: Failed to establish a connection with your ISP

I have an excelent connection to the internet, and i try with diferent version of cisco vpn client, I have windows vista, but the cisco vpn client sen me this message: Reason 421: Failed to establish a connection with your ISP, when i try to make a vpn connection.

Hi men thanks for your help i found the problem it was configure for a dial up connection and Im using ADSL connection.
