Solved: Cisco 2600 Series Routers & chassis serial number

All,

Is there a command that will show the chassis serial number of 26XX router?

Been looking and can't seem to find one.

Hi,

sorry, the answer is the same as for the 2500: no.

The reason is because these older routers do not have a memory programmed at factory with such data.

The small routers that do have, are the new generation ISRs, and of course the large ones.
