Untiy Call handlers and forwarding to extensions not in subscriber list

I have a call handler that accepts user input (ext's). I send the caller to "subscriber system transfer". Works for extensions that are subscribers. However we also have 4 digit dial to nortel phones on the other side of a QSIG trunk. Of course we can dial those from a phone but I can't seem to forward thru these call handlers to the nortell extensions. Any way around this???

Hi Tom,

You could set these Extensions up as Internet Subscribers, which does not require a User License but does allow them to be listed in the directory and to be able to be dialed from the Call Handler.
