Quarantine - Button Greyed Out

In the quarantine there is a button that says VIEW ALL MESSAGES, it is always greyed out. How do you view all messages?

I'm not seeing the button. What version are you running? Are you logging in as admin or a user?

Its version 5.5...

However, I have figured it out. The button is greyed out until you perform a search on quarantined messages. If you simply browse the list of messages in a quarantine (without searching) the button always stays gray. Kind of silly to put it there but whatever.
