CUCM6 installation

When I install CUCM6, I get "security configuration failed" and it goes to Database Access Security password page.

I am quite sure that I put the right password and NIC car is connected to the network, I even can ping the server ip address after I restart the server, but the CUCM is not installed at all.

Does anyone have experience with this?

You need to stop the Connection Mixer (CuMixer) and the Connection Conversation Manager (CuCsMgr) and then complete the locale install.

thanks for your help. Are we talking about CUCM6 installation? If yes, could you please let me know how to stop CuMixer and CuCsMgr during the installation?
