Call Manager and Unity bulk updates

Hi,


Call Manager 4.1(3) and Unity 4.2(1)


Two questions:

1. I need to perform bulk update on Softkey Template and Phone Buttons Template setting for many phones. Unfortunately, BAT does not allow to change those fields :-(


Can anyone tell me if this can be done SAFELY on SQL level? If so, how?


2. I need to perform bulk update on Class of Service value for a lot of Subscribers. Bulk Edit tool (in Tools Depot) does not have an option to modify COS.


Can anyone tell me if this can be done SAFELY on SQL level? If so, how?
