loopback test

Hi

I have 3600 router which is connected over E1 link to other router.

I want to give soft loop from router toward BERT meter, can it possible.

I hve done following things

config t> int Se0/1

then go to loopback command and execute , but BERT meter could not detect that loop , is there any other way to give loopback toward BERT side

Try to give a hard plug loop towards the Bert meter by shorting pins 1-4 and 2-5

Then use the same connector on your module and see whether the controller detects the loop.
