I am trying to setup a call handler that will a shared line will forward to if there is now answer. Whenever I dial the hunt pilot for the system call handler it says "Sorry" then plays the recorded auto-attendand" then goes on to say "Is not available, record your message at the tone..." It acts as if it's a user vmail box? There is no user associated to the number dialed either. Any ideas? I have attached a shots of my routing rules and call handler. Any ideas?
