I'm running into a problem with a unity installation.

This is after installing unity, at the "Configure Cisco Unity Services" section. I set the passwords for the services, and at the confirm changes screen it is telling me:

COM+ application: Cannot configure application because it does not exist

What part did I miss??? I can't seem to find anything regarding this error.

A little more information might be useful...What version of Unity are you installing? Is it an upgrade or a fresh install? If it is an upgrade, what version are you upgrading from?
