Dears i have this case:
i am VoIP provider company i have my PIX firewall ASA5510 i installed a lot IP phones and Soft phones and ATA adapters for a lot of customers.
Now i have new customer has PIX 515E i installed for him new 4 IP phones and 4 soft phones....the soft phones installed on laptops and they are running well
but for IP Phones they can receive the calls but cannot create and originate any call any call?
Do you know where is the problem?

Does the firewall log show if there is blocking taking place?
