Backup Fail on Callmanager 5.1

Hi, i need you help. I can't to make a backup. The follow message appear:

ERROR: Error, unable to move tar file to: /common/drf/2007-11-12-14-25-28/2007-11-12-14-25-28_SUB-LAFARGECH_CCM_LOCALE.tar,

Pls.see the attachments.

Any idea?

Hi Cristian,

Have you installed the Locale in both or all servers Pub and Sub? How many CCM do you have?

I`m working with Cristian in this instalation. I`ve loaded locale and moh files on both servers, and error still appears.

Hi,

I've made an upgrade to CCM 5.1(3) but it didn't resolve the problem. The message error is the same.

On you post you've said it's a bug, but the ID doesn't work, can you check again the ID?

The but ID is CSCsi80320

We are having the same issue. We are going to be using 5.1.2.3000-2 to fix the issue.

Hi,

We solved this issue with a TAC Case. The upgrade was to 5.1.3-1000 and then I've uploaded again the locale.

When the CCM synchronized the DRS, the issue was solved.
