I want to restrict conferencing on the Voice gateway who is providing the DSP resources for specific calls.

The scenario is like this: I am having a single line phone which can be part of only one partition and one CSS. I am having two gateways one for PSTN and another for IP. Due to legal regulations I am not supposed to Conference a IP call to PSTN and vice versa.

The phones will be using DSP resources from PSTN gateway. I will block the IP reachability between these two gateways so that when the PSTN gateway wants to transfer to IP, the calls will mature but the RTP stream will not flow since IP packets can not reach each other.

I want to know what will happen to the call. Is there any timer by which the conference bridge will drop the call after waiting for RTP streams or the calls will not be dropped?

If there is any timer, how can I change the same?

If the gateway is dropping, he will drop only for that particular destination (in this case IP gateway) or all the active participants in that conference will get dropped.
