Hi All
We have a Cisco Secue ACS Solution Engine that runs on a 1112 platform, Version 3.3.2 I would like to upgrade it to 4.1
I'm reading the User guide that says upgrading the ACS required a 3-phase process.
1 - Obtain an upgrade package
2 - Transfer to Distribution Server
3 - Apply the upgrade
My question is can I download this upgrade package from CIsco's website or does it have to be purchased.
The Product Bulletin for Cisco Secure ACS states " 3.x customers that wish to upgrade should use part # CSACSE - 4.1 - SWUP - K9
Thank you very much.

Hi SJ,
we upgraded ACS Version 3.3.2 on a WIN platform to Version 4.1.1. The upgrade package was purchased(we were told that the major updates can't be downloaded) and it consists of 2 CDs. First we upgraded to Version 3.3.3 and Second we upgraded to Version 4.1.1

Hi Val,
Thank you very much for your email.
Would you mind emailing me your contact details, I have other questions for you regarding the upgrade. Mine is a SE appliance not Windows however.
Thank you
SJ
