http forward step to .jsp just displays a blank page (UCCX5.0)

Anyone,

I have a .aef script that captures the stats from a couple of CSQs. (Agents logged in, Calls in Queue, etc).

I have an http trigger that starts the script. All works great, as debugger shows this to be the case.

The final step is an http forward step to a .jsp file, which is supposed to display the stats and refresh every 10 seconds (by referencing the http trigger of course).

I had this working a couple of years ago on UCCX4.0, but this is the first time with UCCX5.0.

I know the .jsp file is in the correct place, uploaded using Document Management (webapps\ROOT).

The IE 6.0 just displays a blank window.

Brilliant.

Any ideas?

If I get it working, I will post the .aef and .jsp scripts as a reward.

Chris

I have this problem too.

As per the document http://cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/custcosw/ps3651/products_qanda_item09186a008021df8d.shtml, you can contact any of these in order to receive assistance with IVR custom scripts:

1) Contact your local Cisco Partner or Cisco Advanced Services (available via your local Cisco Account Team).

2) Contact Cisco Developer Support.

3) Contact this email address: [email protected].

Didn't get this working, and the conclusion is that with UCCX5.0 I think the IIS functionality is not there/enabled to be able to activate .jsp code.

We have decided to get one of our application developers to write a .aspx application that is able to pull the relevant stats directly from the SQL2000 database.

So I have given up on the .jsp route to display these types of statistics on UCCX5.0 for now.

Hi,

Looks like you are running into BUG: CSCsl90375

So far there is no fix for it but you can convert your .jsp to a servlet.

Hope it helps!

Robert,

This helps out as I have been unable to resolve the blank screen. Do you have a good way to convert the .jsp file to servlet?

Thank you,

Keith
