logo can't displayed on ip communicator 2.1.2

dear sir,

The logo can't be displayed after we installed ip communicator 2.1.2. CCM is version 4.1(3)sr5d with 1 publisher and 2 subscriber. The client machine is running windows vista . Any idea? Please advise.

Hi,

When you say 'logo' what do you mean?

- the backgroung image

OR

- the Idle URL image
