CSS and Partition Problems

I have recently implemented a new VG in a remote office.

For users in that remote office to use this new VG, I have created new partitions and CSS and assign route-patters to the new partition and new VG.

The strange thing i am experiencing is that when I put two IP Phones into this new CSS and Partiton, they cant even call themselves.

Users in other CSS and partiton cant call phones in this new CSS and partition.

I am at loss.

I have added existing partiton to this new CSS and added the new partition to the existing CSS.

Is this a centralized model?

Are both of the remote IP phones registered with CCM?

Can you ping the IP phones from the CCM itself.

Thanks Ajaz,

I have resolved the poroblem.

The problem was with the priority on the new partition I created. Using route plan report, I found out that the old partition was still in existence and calls were been routed to it even though I was not logged into that profile.

So what I did was to make the new partition a higher priority and that worked fine
