I have Xlite sip softphone and add this softphone to our CCM 5.1. but in softphone error is dispay

"Registration error:404 - not found"

but i put correct user name and password

what's solution for this ???

The first step is to determine at which stage of registration the phone is failing. The best way to do this is with a packet sniffer such as Ethereal. Get a trace of the packets between the phone and CCM. Compare the packet trace with the normal sequence of steps the phone should follow.
