I'm wondering if anyone has seen an issue like this. My customer says that after they reboot their exchange server, old Unity messages are suddenly delivered. It's only one or two messages and they are not duplicate messages. They closely monitor the UMR MTA directory. In fact they have an automated notification process to catch messages in the UMR MTA. The messages are not getting stuck there. So they must be somehow getting stuck in exchange. I'm at a loss as to where to look and how to trace this. It seems like an exchange issue. Is there any other place Unity could be holding the massages? Unity is 4.0(5) with off box exchange 2003 SP2. There is an issue in that they have SP1 of 2003 exchange management tools on Unity.
