Delay after pressing the VM button

I have CUE 3.1.1 integrations with CCM 5.1 Sometime after pressing the VM button it takes up to 20 seconds before I get the login prompt.

Is it possible your voicemail number associated with the VM button overlaps other extensions/dn's on the CCM? For example, if your VM button dials 5111, but there is a 51112 configured on CCM, this could cause a delay like this because CCM is waiting to see if another digit is coming.

My VM piolt is 5026 it does not overlap with any Router Pattern. What if I tried to add a router pattern for 5026 and send it to the gateway with the CUE-NM?
