unity error "This system is temporarily unable to complete your call"

i have recently installed unity on a platform overlay 1 IBM server with a C disk space of 12 GB and D of 120 GB . Unfortunately during installtion i got my msde / sql database installed onto C drive and what has resulted out of this it that the mdf and ldf files of my sql database have completely utitlised my disk space and whenever the susbcribers try and access the voicemail system they get a prompt stating that the system is temporarily unable to complete the call.Please help

Hello,

As part of the Unity installation guide, there is a section "Installing and Configuring Cisco Unity Software" that includes instructions on moving the SQL/MSDE database files. The specific link is:

By the way, the prompt you are hearing is typically referred to as "Failsafe".
