12.2(25)EWA7 bugs

Does anyone know if there are significant bugs with IOS release 12.2(25)EWA7 and Spanning-tree protocol?

I am having problems with loops and have ruled out most other possibilites.

None that I know of and we have quite few 4500's with code around that same release.

This is very impacting bug in the release.

According to my experience, this version is to be avoided.

You may notice many problems, including SPT loops.

I recommend to upgrade.

Thanks for the reply.

it does look suspicious. I am implementing BPDU Guard anyway and LoopGuard on all the trunk ports, but also plan to upgrade the IOS in addition just to be sure.

Its a strange one as it happens infrequently and seemingly without any obvious cause.
