Cannot login to CUE Avt or "prompt manager"

Hi,


this must be something very simple but I haven't figured out yet.

I want to access the above service via phone. After entering id and password, I always get 'authentication failed'.

I'm logging as an user that in in the Administrators group. This same user can access the regular mailbox OK.

What else could be wrong ?

Hey Paolo,


This is really a shot in the dark here but have you tried this using the Extension rather than ID?


The following partial menu example illustrates the GMS conversation for managing the EAG:


1. Please enter your Extension


2. Please enter your PIN Number


3. Welcome to the Greeting Management System
