We have 2 sites.One have Unified CCM 4. and other site we are planning for Unified CallManager ver 6 .My questions is about "Directory Synchronization" is it possible between these 2 versions or not?
The only way to sync the directories would be to use an integration with AD or one of the other third party integrations.
