Hi All,
I am using CME. when incoming call comes in to one phone and I press GPickup on my phone, the caller can hear me but I can't hear caller. I only have one group in network.
any advice would be very appreciated

This is due to codec mismatch; try with hardware or IOS DSP to solve the problem.
