Hi everyone,
I've got a very wired case with one customer who's got a 2811 running Call Manager Express 4.1 with a Unity Express AIM Module.
I've created a menu script which allows all incoming calling parties select the extension they would like to connect to.
This works fine.
The problem is that when a extension is selected which has been forwarded to a different phone, the original phone will actually ring, without forwarding the call!
For example:
I'm on extension 100 and select to forward all calls to ext.200. An incoming call selects to connect to the technical department (which directs the call to ext. 100), my phone will start ringing - ignoring the fact I've forwarded my phone to ext. 200!
Does anyone have any ideas or seen this before ?
Many thanks in advanced !

I think it is due to codec mismatch problem, try with IOS DSP.

Smahbub,
Thanks for your reply.
The source of this problem has been identified.
All extensions belong to a hunt group, which ignores the fact an extension has set 'call forward' and therefore sends the call the phone.
There's a new thread open regarding the above issue.
Thanks.
