IP communicator will not connect over VPN

IP Communicator version: 2.1.2.0

CISCO VPN version: 4.8.00.0440

IP Communicator is pointing to the correct TFTP server IP address

When I am connected via VPN I can ping the The TFTP sever. I keep getting the message its registering and it never registers.

Hi Keith,

I assume your TFTP server is behind the VPN firewall right? Did you open the port's that require by the IP Communicator in order for the communication to establish? The port require as below,

SCCP TCP:2000

SIP TCP:5060

TFTP TCP:69

RTP Randomly select.

Currently i'm encounter the same problem also, and try out the methods above.
